North Indias number one & second largest Hypermarket retail chain network in India Vishal Mega Mart, after getting great response from their Mega malls all over India, now enters into small format specialized stores.
The first small format specialzed store of garments has been opened in Delhis Ashok Vihar with an area of 2,500 sq. ft. This specialized store in Delhi will be a milestone addition to the already existing 72 fully integrated stores spread over a total shopping area of 17,34,461 sq. ft. in 50 cities across India.
Vishal group has planned to open more specialized stores across country and are focusing on different categories included lifestyle, gift and novelties, FMCG and electronic goods and has plan to cross total retail area of 20 lakh sq. ft. by March 2008.
