Guwahati - Representatives of the outlawed United Liberation Front of Asom (ULFA) Sunday blamed New Delhi for jeopardising peace talks by stepping up military operations against the rebels.

The ULFA in October last year formed an 11-member PCG, a group of civil society leaders, to begin exploratory talks with New Delhi.
Three rounds of talks have already been held between the PCG and government peace negotiators - Prime Minister Manmohan Singh chaired the first meeting.
