The Delhi High Court today refused to put a stay or interfere in any manner with the proposed twin rath yatras planned by BJP leader L K Advani and party president Rajnath Singh slated from April six. A division bench of Justice M K Sharma and Justice Reva Khetrapal while declining to interfere also forced the petitioner to withdraw the PIL which had sought a ban or a stay on the yatras. Delhi traders will observe a 'Delhi Bandh' on March 21 and take out a 'Vyapari March' in Delhi on Monday.
